Fridays September 25th to November 6th (No Group October 30th) 12:00-1:30 PM This series is for any pregnant, birthing parent, or caregiver who has a child 3 yrs old or younger who identifies as "mom." Give yourself & your child the gift of a healthy mood! Together we will: • Build a community with other moms • Practice mood management skills • Share a light lunch Gain skills to cope with everyday life stress, and more! Participants who complete the series will receive a $50 gift card! **Participants must be a Yamhill County resident OR participants must be a parent or child on Yamhill CCO OHP** ** A staff member will reach out in a couple of days to complete the registration.
